Don't throw those pumpkins out just yet!! I know if you're like my family, we love to roast the pumpkin seeds after cleaning out the pumpkin, but it doesn't stop there. I cut away as much of the pumpkin as I can and cook it down and use it in my handmade soaps or whatever else I feel like cooking up at the time. What a beautiful centerpiece this will make for your festive table.
